Subject: Waterfall descending over rocks; tree on right, very animated, curling brushwork, impasto handling throughout. There is significant detail and precision in this work with theatrical handling of the light reflections on the rushing water adding drama to the natural scene.
Condition: Very good, glowing surface, firm canvas which is loose in frame.

Signature & Labels: Signed lower right in red paint with artists label on back
Size: 28 inches by 36 inch (1008 square inches) in and 29 X 37 inch frame
Framing: 3/4 inch by 1.25 inch deep wood slat molding with brown stain. 1/4 inch wide flat gold metal band runs along top of molding. Corners appear sprung on gold trim strip atop molding, but may be intentional as a decorative device. cardboard on reverse is very worn with slight tears.
