Scoop all the seeds from a pumpkin into a bowl and clean them as soon as possible. They are very easy to clean when they are wet and you can keep them damp with cool water.
Dry the seeds with paper towels and place them on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Cover them and the cookie sheet with a fine mist of non-stick cooking spray. And shake on some table salt if you like.
Bake at 325 - 350 degrees for about a half hour. They should appear dry and move easily on the tray.
Remove from oven, and
let them cool and enjoy!
